On March 30th, the Xiamen Municipal Bureau of Construction released the comprehensive credit evaluation results for agent constructors of municipal financial investment and financing construction projects. A total of 45 enterprises are present on the list. Among the companies evaluated, C&D Real Estate Group, a subsidiary of C&D Group, secured the top position, climbing one position from the previous year. This marks the third consecutive year that the company has been awarded an A grade. Lianfa Group moved five places from last year to secure the seventh position and earn an A grade. Additionally, C&D City Services made a remarkable improvement, rising 10 places from the previous year.
In the future, C&D Group's subsidiaries will fully implement the action plan of "Learning for Best, Striving for Excellence, and Practicing for Efficiency", thus effectively enhancing the management level of agent construction, fully leveraging the industry-wide development advantages of real estate, and promoting the high-quality development of the agent construction industry in Xiamen.
