"C&D Twins" Rank Record High on the List as One of the Top 50 National Real Estate Enterprises in 2022

Recently, two of C&D's real estate companies, C&D Real Estate Corporation Limited and Lianfa Group, were again ranked among the top 50 in China's real estate industry, with a combined development presence in over 60 cities.
Specifically, C&D Real Estate Corporation Limited was ranked 16th in the 2022 "Top 500 China Real Estate Development Enterprises in Overall Strength" released on March 29, 20 places ahead of the previous year, marking the eleventh consecutive year that C&D Real Estate Corporation Limited has won this award.
Lianfa Group was ranked 33rd among the 2022 "Top 100 Chinese Real Estate Enterprises" released on March 31, 10 places ahead of the previous year, marking the 16th consecutive year that Lianfa has been listed.
In addition, Xiamen C&D Construction and Operation Management Co., Ltd, a subsidiary of C&D Real Estate Corporation Limited, and Lianfa Group also received awards such as the Outstanding Enterprise in Construction and Operation of "China's Top 100 Real Estate Enterprises".
